Burruezo & Bohemia Camerdata

BARCELONA INTIMISSIMO CAFE

TIME is a great expert who finishes putting the things in the correct place. Watching the question with perspective, it seems to be clear that Pedro Burruezo (at the head of the group Claustrofobia), went forward in some lines that then have been known as "half-caste pop", "sound naíf", "etno-pop"… After a time silently, Pedro Burruezo has returned to give a step of giant towards front surprising and unusual. Together with Jovic Sagristà (guitarist and chorus-singer of the last time of Claustrofobia) and Lea Shalom (exceptional violinist of the East), more diverse assiduous collaborators (as G. P. "el Chupis", at the percussion; and J. R. Roy "Mon", at the piano) together with more sporadic others, they have created Burruezo and Bohemia Camerata. A group with a personal that has surprised there where they have acted, by their quality and originality.

A MOMENT OF GREAT MADURITY

Burruezo & Bohemia Camerata publish with K Industria " Barcelona Intimíssimo Café ", a disc of an extraordinary maturity. Burruezo stands out as singer, composer and arrangist. Sagristà contributes with an exquisite sonorous base with his choirs, guitars and virtual double-bass. And Lea Shalom becomes delicious with a violin of rare heights in our country. They are 14 pieces composed in the main by Burruezo and some version (as the splendid " Weeping woman blues ") and a number of gift, " gypsy Rite (Rito Gitano) " (the classic one of Claustrofobia), directly in study for the essential trio of the formation.

COFFEE SINGER OF THE XXIst CENTURY

But actuallyindeed, the thing goes far beyond. Burruezo, Sagristà and Shalom have created the music of a coffee singer who only exists in their hearts: the music of a hypothetical coffee to which they would like to be invited to touch every night. A coffee where a music would be listened where the popular thing and the classic thing would fuse with extraordinary naturalness. Songs are born of urban genres mainly Mediterranean, but the classic arrangements give them a perfume of immortal songs. A coffee singer of the XXIst century.

EXCEPTIONAL GUESTS

Burruezo, Sagristà and Shalom have invited many guests in their Barcelona Intimíssimo Café . Between the more acquaintances, we find the voices of Cathy Claret or Silvia Perez of The Crumbs. But also is Juan Pablo Silvestre (The Boa and the director of " Mundo Babel" of Radio 3), Juan Díaz's voice " The Indian " (ex-singer of the Orchestra Revé in Cuba and habitual collaborator of "Cachao"), Ramunet's "quejíos", the virtuosity to Gani Mirzo's oriental lute and the sensitivity of M ª Jose Peña (ex-of Claustrofobia). Besides, Luiz Rocha's clarinet, Zsolt's guitar (of Calamento), Iván Lorenzana's chelo, three of Angel Farrés...

FROM THE EXPERIENCE AND THE HUMILITY

Burruezo and Bohemia Camerata have also acted with the David Campos Dance Company of Sta Coloma of Gramanet making part of the sonorous band, directly, of the work "Don Quixot", performed with public's and critique's great success in diverse festivals and for three weeks in the Tívoli Theatre of Barcelona. Burruezo also has just produced, also for K Industria, the return to the turns rumberos of Ramunet, a disc - bomba-rumbera that "will" "explode" in the close season.
